Below you will find forms relevant to the administration of our museum collections and publications
There are two ways you can join or renew your membership of Canowindra Historical Society and Museum:
1) You can download, print out, and mail in a membership application form here;
2) You can do it all online and use a credit card at our secure Square page at https://chsm2804.square.site/
If you have an item or items that you would like to donate or loan to the museum, please complete the Donor Form in as much detail as possible and return it to us for assessment by our Collections Committee.
If you would like your family recorded in the pre-1901 Pioneer Register, please download and complete the Pioneer Register form in as much detail as possible and return it to the Society as an email attachment or by mail to PO Box 76, Canowindra, 2804. You may also wish to consider the placment of a brass plaque in the Pioneer Wall which is situated at the entry of the museum in Gaskill Street and can be inspected at any time.
